1. Pain Point Research

• Analyzed 1,200+ App Store reviews for competitors like XO and Victor:

  • Top frustrations: “Too many steps to book,” “Price surprises,” “Can’t see crew credentials upfront.”

2. UX Simplicity Focus

• Designed a minimalist interface in Figma:

  • Smart Search: Auto-fill frequent routes (e.g., NYC to Aspen) based on user role (CEO vs. family).

  • Transparency Mode: Toggle to display hourly rates, crew bios, and catering fees upfront.

3. Technical Prototyping

• Built a functional demo in React Native with:
